The only thing more heartbreaking than an article that performs poorly,�is a ball breaking, time intensive�video that does poorly. Originally titled ?Gaming?s most important farty butts,? was - and is to this day - the longest work endeavor I?ve ever embarked on�at GamesRadar. I was new to the team, ambitious, and couldn?t believe that it was now my job, even met with enthusiasm by upper management, to get the most comprehensive video of game characters farting and shitting ever.
With a song in my step, I began researching farts on Tuesday (seriously, and intensely ?researching farts!?) On Wednesday, I began procuring the needed games. I began capturing footage on Thursday, and somewhere between not realizing I?d have to play hours�into over 20 games and�learn to use Final Cut for the first time, this video was completed following working all weekend and an all-nighter or two.

But�just as I gave you another shot, so too is this failed video from that ill-fated article, internally known�as ?The Farticle? to this day.�Just so you know, the song used is by ?Please, Please, Please Let Me Get What I Want? by Dream Academy, which you may remember from the art museum/appreciation sequence from Ferris Bueller?s Day Off. I thought it was appropriate.
