BlazBlue Continuum Shift 2: Manga Edition announced

Arc System Works has announced a limited-issue special edition for the handheld versions of 2D fighter BlazBlue: Continuum Shift 2. For the first time outside Japan, the BlazBlue: Phase Zero Prologue manga will be available in translated form alongside the PSP and 3DS versions of the title. This is no ?limited to 10,000 copies (unless someone else wants one)? deal though: preorders are strongly advised.

The Phase Zero Prologue manga details the origins of protagonist Ragna, introducing non-playable backstory characters like Jubei and Celica. Released alongside Continuum Shift 2 in Japan, the English translation features larger, high-quality pages, and is packaged with a chibi Ragna keyring to divide your friends into ?envious? and ?never heard of BlazBlue.? With a run of only 200 for the Manga Edition of Continuum Shift 2, placing a preorder on the game's European site seems like a wise move for devotees.

The handheld versions of Continuum Shift 2 feature all the DLC characters from previous iterations of BlazBlue: Continuum Shift, with two added story sections and a new character-building Abyss Mode. The game releases on Nov 4.
