Rockstar Games released first official trailer for their upcoming open world game in Grand Theft Auto universe ? Grand Theft Auto V.
It looks that the game will be set in a virtual equivalent of Los Angeles with only the names being changed. The rumors spreading across the internet is proclaiming that Tommy Vercetti, the main protagonist from GTA: Vice City will be back as the playable character. But some other guys think it is not him, they believe it is a new protagonist that is only similar to Tommy.
With GTA IV, Rockstar went back to the basics and crafted a revamped Liberty City with a whole new bunch of characters and separated missions that had no relevance to GTA 3 at all, other than the name of Liberty City itself. Whether or not GTA V bears any similarities to its predecessors, but the Vinewood sign seen in the trailer indicates that Rockstar is just reusing a familiar setting once more, and that?s about it.
