App Store Update: September 23

Every day hundreds of new apps make their debut on the App Store, and hundreds more are updated or reduced in price. We have sifted through the noise and highlighted those select few that might be worth your attention.

Mysterious Castle ($2.99)
The developer describes this title as "Roguelike redefined for touchscreens." Whether that's true or not we don't yet know, but we're always happy to see more dungeon crawlers hitting iOS.

Tiny Journey ($0.99)
A cute and cartoony track-laying puzzle game.

EA iPad Titles
We reported on this yesterday, but in case anyone missed it, EA is running a huge sale on almost all of their iPad games. We've compiled a complete list of sale titles in a separate post.

NyxQuest HD ($0.99)
The excellent iPad port of NyxQuest is 80% off for a limited time.

Edge ($0.99)
Block-pushing puzzles may never be the same. Edge is 66% off!

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light ($2.99)
Square-Enix has knocked 50% off their excellent Tomb Raider iOS port. The iPad release has also been discounted 50%.

Cleopatra: A Queen's Destiny HD ($0.99)
Cleopatra is a "history adventure game." They aren't for everyone, but for the right audience Coladia's games are big hits. This $0.99 sale is a good opportunity try one out and see what you think.

Pictureka! for iPad ($2.99)
The hit iOS port of the "find the object" board game is now a couple dollars cheaper.

DOFUS: Battles ($0.99)
A nice sale for this strategy RPG.

Meganoid
Meganoid has received a beefy update: 20 more levels for players to platform their way through.

Feed Me Oil
15 more gadget-filled levels have been added for gamers to puzzle though, as well as an antigravity in-app purchase.

Warp Dash
New unlockable ship, new power-ups, better stage draw distance, and a variety of bug fixes. Huzzah!
