Piranha Bytes? upcoming sequel to Risen just got its first trailer. The bad news is, the video is fully made in CG and shows no actual gameplay from Risen 2. On the upside, there are pirates!
Risen 2: Dark Waters starts several years after the original game, with the protagonist being a member of the ?Inquisition,? a society committed to stopping the chaos released during the events of Risen.

Looking at the screenshots posted earlier and the pirate fantasy setting, Risen 2 reminds me of Redguard, if anyone can remember that far back in time.
Risen 2: Dark Waters will be released on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, but no specific launch date has been given yet.
